Payment & Refund Policy

Effective date: 30 June 2025

1. Accepted Payment Methods

urls.ae currently accepts the following forms of payment for subscription plans and pay‑as‑you‑go credits:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay (where supported)
  • Stripe‑powered local methods (e.g., Mada, STC Pay)
  • Bank transfer for annual Enterprise contracts

2. Billing Cycles

Monthly plans renew every 30 days from the original sign‑up date. 
Annual plans renew exactly one calendar year after the purchase date.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices shown on urls.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of any applicable VAT. UAE‑based customers will see VAT added at checkout per Federal Tax Authority guidelines.

4. Failed Payments & Grace Period

If a renewal charge fails, you will receive an email notification and a 7‑day grace period. During this period, your links and QR codes remain active, but dashboard access is limited. After 7 days, services pause until payment is completed.

5. Upgrade / Downgrade Policy

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. The unused portion of your current cycle is prorated toward the new plan.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time by visiting Account → Billing in the dashboard or by emailing billing@urls.ae.

Refund window: We offer a “1‑day satisfaction guarantee.” If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within one (1) calendar day of your initial purchase no questions asked. After one day, payments are non‑refundable.

Enterprise contracts are governed by their separate Master Service Agreement and may include custom refund terms.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting urls.ae constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account until the dispute is resolved.

8. Unsubscribing from Marketing Emails

Transactional messages (receipts, password resets) are mandatory for service. Marketing emails are optional. Each marketing email includes an “Unsubscribe” link in the footer. Click it, and your preference is instantly updated—no login required. You may also email privacy@urls.ae with the subject line “Unsubscribe,” and we will process your request within 24 hours.
