These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by urls.ae (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, generating a shortened URL, QR code, bio link, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Shorten, link, or redirect to content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
• Upload viruses, malware, or conduct phishing or spam campaigns.
• Infringe on any third‑party intellectual‑property or privacy rights.

3. Paid Plans & Billing

• Fees are charged in AED and are non‑refundable unless required by law.
• Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All taxes, duties, and bank charges are your responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

The urls.ae name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. You retain ownership of content you link to, but grant us a worldwide license to display and cache that content solely to provide the Services.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, but Sections 4–9 survive.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

8. Privacy & Data

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Unsubscribing from Emails

We occasionally send service announcements, account alerts, and marketing updates. You can opt out at any time by one of the following methods:

• Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of any email we send. Your request will be processed instantly.
• Logging into your urls.ae dashboard, navigating to Settings > Notifications, and toggling off the relevant email categories.
• Sending an email to privacy@urls.ae with the subject line “Unsubscribe.” We will remove you within two (2) business days.

Transactional messages that are essential to your account (e.g., password resets, security alerts) cannot be opted out of, but will be limited to critical information only.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days prior to taking effect via email or an in‑app banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
