Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the URLs.ae Affiliate Program (“Program”). These terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an Affiliate (“you”). By enrolling, you agree to abide by this Agreement in full.
2. Enrollment
- Apply at Registration URL.
- URLs.ae may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links & Tracking
- Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link and/or promo code.
- Referrals are tracked via cookies valid for 30 days from the first click.
4. Commissions & Payments

| Payment Schedule | Monthly, within 30 days after month-end once threshold met |

5. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promote URLs.ae truthfully, ethically, and in good faith.
- Provide clear FTC/ASA disclosures (e.g., “I may earn a commission…”).
- Avoid spam, misleading ads, cookie stuffing, and trademark bidding.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Offer discounts or coupons not expressly provided by URLs.ae.
- Misrepresent features, pricing, or availability.
- Cloak, shorten, or obscure destination URLs to hide the landing page.
- Promote on websites containing adult, hateful, or violent content.
7. Intellectual Property
URLs.ae grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use its logos and marketing assets solely for promoting the Program. All trademarks remain the property of URLs.ae.
8. Term & Termination
- This Agreement begins upon approval and continues until terminated.
- Either party may terminate at any time by written notice (email is acceptable).
- Upon termination, you must promptly remove all URLs.ae links and materials.
9. Modification
URLs.ae may update these Terms at any time. Notice will be given by email or through the Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
URLs.ae makes no guarantees regarding earnings. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
